"Where people refuse to be educated on their wrongs, they must be punished by the law. Such include opposition leaders who make utterances praising colonialism," a statement from the ANC national executive committee said.
"This demonstrates clearly that ours remains a struggle between progress and reaction. It is clear that we have hardly moved an inch from the ideological positions of the past which viewed colonialism and apartheid racism as having been good for black people."
Earlier on Monday, James Selfe, Democratic Alliance (DA) chairman of the party's federal executive said he had received a report following an internal investigation into Zille's comments on twitter. The investigation was done by Glynnis Breytenbach, the party's chairwoman of the federal legal commission.
"This report will now be discussed at a Federal Executive meeting, to be held on Sunday, 2 April 2017," said Selfe On March 16, Zille tweeted: "For those claiming legacy of colonialism was ONLY negative, think of our independent judiciary, transport infrastructure, piped water etc."
Zille's successor as DA leader Mmusi Maimane lodged a complaint following the tweets. The premier later apologised for the remarks, but not before an internal investigation was launched.

My little sister, who was born in 1994, so the same year that RSA changed, is having her graduation this evening, for finishing her law degree, she is a full generation of BEE BBEEE BBBEEEE however many different versions there are, and since therefore, being white, it would mean a full generation, of REVERSE RACISM, which when the ANC started the whole BEE thing, was the plan, so as to make those who were affected still benefit while those who were not affected, like my sister, not have to face RACISM when they were older, this was a good idea as it was a way to give back while also eradicating RACISM, and in my eyes, in most RSA peoples eyes and i am sure in the eyes of the legend, Nelson Mandela, that would have been fair and enough. Due to ANC's continuous usage, playing the RACE card, has the idea of RACISM even had a chance to leave peoples minds?? They say "out of sight, out of mind" which is relevant as it means if people start not making a big deal about it, then others will also stop, hence the great vision of a great president.
So, if there are now laws against racism, as a punishable offence, then in the eyes of the law, that would need to look at ALL RACISM, so whenever new BEE policies come into place, now harming the lives of people, WHO ARE THE NEW GENERATION, who were not in APARTHEID, legally that is RACISM, when JUJU or JACOB make some anti-white remark, OMG, LEGALLY THATS RACISM, and to continue playing the RACE CARD when in the end, ANC especially under JACOB ZUMA, has lied to more of the "REAL" people affected by RACISM, and stolen money promised to these people, promised to make the BLACK peoples lives in RSA better, yet i still not only see the same people in the informal settlements, but i see more people there now, more who believed the lies or the promises, which go as bad as "ANC offering a FREE MICROWAVE to each voter at one informal settlement" and after voting, do you think they gave any microwaves to anyone?? I am pretty sure, though, that they did make a purchase of however many none existent microwaves, to oneday prove to those people they were paid for, and i am sure we all know who pocketed that money???!?!?!??!

I prey for the day, a ZULU man walks up to you, and stabs you with a traditional ZULU spear, you probably would not even understand the meaning of that, but i have ZULU friends, i have ZULU clients, i have ZULU employees at clients, and not 1 of any of these ZULU people even respect you, and my spear idea seemed to lighten up a few of their eyes. So JACOB ZUMA, you are a RACIST, please do put this law into place, as then in LEGAL TERMS, being fair to ALL CLASSES, COLOURS and CREEDS, means you will go straight to jail?!
