President Jacob Zuma says'There is no use in Answering Questions',tells Ministers on SASSA issues

The South African President Jacob Zuma has reported that social grants will be paid on first April. The issues social grants are believed to be solved.
Zuma  said to eNCA in Jakarta “It’s was quiet disturbing that people have been going ahead of events, all will be paid and the country should be relax towards this matter”.
The President reported to the broadcaster there was no crisis and cautioned ministers against engaging in public spats — a possible reference to a standoff between social development minister Bathabile Dlamini and Finance Minister. The two ministries have openly disagreed about how the grants process should unfold.
Zuma said“I plea to the Ministers themselves that all was suppose to be solved without taking this matter into public, they should have pay people on date and work on”.
“taking the matter to the public was a bad idea and answering questions is not helping. It only rise speculation on people, he added”
Zuma commented on recent confusion over whether the Department of Social Development had managed to secure a contract from a grant distribution agency.
The Constitutional Court had declared the department’s previous contract with Cash Paymaster Services (CPS) irregular‚ but CPS was allowed to continue with the roll-out until another service provider had been appointed.
Past few weeks‚ it has been reported clear that no such appointment has been made. Reports have suggested that Dlamini has been aware of the pending crisis for months.

“a new contract with CPS had been sealed‚ but not yet been signed‚ raising questions about the readiness of the department to distribute social grants in about three weeks,”Dlamini said.
