The quality of ANC leader is elected by capability not gender

Mcebo Dlamini the former Wits university SRC president and the best student leader speak-out to the whole country,the good quality of a leader is described by his capability not gender,we can't just choose/elect the next ANC leader based on gender we have to think bigger because it's not the size of an animal that matters in a fight but only the quality of how it fight back,says Mcebo Dlamini.
The student leader was arrested during the student protest previously,#feesmustfall student leader was charged with the following theft,assault and public violence,after being arrested he tried reaching for a bail but unfortunately all failed.
Later on the application bail for student leader was successful in the high court,seems that all is coming together at the moment.The student leader speaks out and expresses his thoughts towards electing the next ANC leader.
Mcebo Dlamini said"all genders have the requirement to be elected for leadership,let's reduce position leadership to gender,that thought of someone can't leader because of this particular gender must come to an end,let's lead because of capability not gender people".
Let's think out of the picture there are high and many other quality women that are capable of leading ANC and making progress for this country that includes Naledi Pandor and Thandi Modise a chairperson of national council of province,he added.
